Cassia is the Immediate Past President of Stanton's PTSA and has served on PTSA boards throughout the DCPS school system for more than 20 years, including at Loretto Elementary and Julia Landon College Preparatory. She is also a founding member of Friends of Landon, Inc., a 501(c)(3) supporting projects and initiatives for a DCPS academic magnet middle school. A proud parent of three Blue Devils (2019, 2022, and 2026), Cassia has been a consistent presence on the Stanton campus for many years, is a trusted resource to administration and faculty and a strong advocate for our school. Cassia has also volunteered and worked professionally with youth soccer organizations throughout Northeast Florida for over 20+ years. She currently serves as the Parent Engagement Liaison with Sporting Jax Soccer Academy.

Charmaine is a Shareholder and member of the Board of Directors of Smith Hulsey & Busey, and is board certified by the Florida Bar in healthcare law. She has served on youth and arts focused boards, including the Jacksonville Public Education Fund, First Coast Child Protection Team, Children's Home Society, Civic Orchestra of Jacksonville, and the Cummer Museum of Art & Gardens. She is an active member of the Executive Board on the Stanton PTSA, which is one of her favorite commitments. Charmaine is an alumna of Stanton (1992), married to a Stanton alum (1992), and is now parent of two Blue Devils (2027, 2030).

Matt brings over twenty years of experience in entrepreneurship, technology, and cybersecurity to the Foundation's Board. A 2006 graduate of Georgia Institute of Technology with a B.S. in Computer Engineering, Matt co-founded and was Chief Technology Officer for iMobile3, a mobile payments company; helped take Olo, a software platform for the restaurant industry, public on the NYSE; and now heads withinfocus, Inc., a cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, and software consulting firm. Matt has significant acumen in alumni advancement, as a member of the Georgia Tech Alumni Association Board of Trustees. Matt also owns, manages, and is an instructor at Phoenix Power Yoga in Neptune Beach — and his interests include restoration of vintage vehicles. Matt is a proud graduate of Stanton College Preparatory School (2003) and cheers on his Blue Devil (2028), who has successfully represented Stanton on both the swim and robotics teams.

Phil is the Executive Vice President of Cogent Bank, and the President of Cogent Bank's Northeast Florida Market. He has 22 years of commercial lending experience, with particular specialization in commercial real estate, vehicle and fleet financing, leverage and partner buyouts, asset based lending, and lending to not-for-profit and faith-based organizations. Phil holds a Masters in Business Administration from Jacksonville University and a Bachelors in Economics from Florida State University, and has been a member of the Northeast Florida Builders Association (NEFBA) since 2018. Outside of work, Phil serves as a member of the Parish Leadership Council and Strategic Planning Committee for St. Matthew's Catholic Church, and is an avid and competitive tennis player. Phil is married to a Stanton alumna (1998). He is the proud father of four children — the oldest of whom is a Blue Devil (2027), with the second at Douglas Anderson School of the Arts, and the youngest two at James Weldon Johnson Middle School.

Nihal is a Senior Design Manager at Haskell, a leading Jacksonville-based design and construction company. A talented architect with certifications from the American Institute of Architects, the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards, and Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design, Nihal's work focuses upon public facilities. Notable projects include the Haskell Center for Science & Student Life at Episcopal School of Jacksonville, and the JAXUSA Partnership Open Innovation Center located within the JTA Regional Transportation Center at LaVilla. Nihal's extensive experience in design, sustainability in construction, and client forward spaces will be valuable as the Foundation considers capital projects for campus. Nihal is the parent of a Stanton valedictorian (2026) and looks forward to giving back to the school.
